Bitcoin Law Expert Peter Townshend Joins Ciphrex Board of Advisors

Bitcoin law expert Peter Townshend, a partner at Perkins Coie LLP law firm’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Practice, has joined Ciphrex’s Board of Advisors. This move strengthens the cryptocurrency and blockchain technology software company’s position as it prepares for its Series B round of financing.

He has extensive experience representing emerging growth technology companies and venture capital investors in structuring a wide variety of contracts.
