Human Capital Benchmarking Raises the Bar on Accountability in the Financial Industry

BankersLab®, a US-based FinTech leader in simulation training, has today announced the launch of their latest product PortfolioQuest.

PortfolioQuest provides on-demand, self-guided, SaaS-based simulation learning; designed to hone the skills of FinTech and retail lending staff. Players will be able to test their know-how by managing virtual lending portfolios in various market and economic environments. Unlimited scenarios are generated for each player based on their individual strengths and weaknesses.

The serious game integrates competitions and progress metrics to provide feedback about the player’s decision-making success, and drive learning engagement. Leaderboards will also allow players to see how they measure up against their colleagues as well as the FinTech community.

“Our global client base from 40 countries has given rave reviews of our simulations, and there have been numerous requests to continue playing the simulation game outside of the classroom. By popular demand, we have created PortfolioQuest.” Said Michelle Katics, BankersLab CEO.

“PortfolioQuest takes the leap to put a teaching and certification tool into the hands of banking and FinTech teams.”

PortfolioQuest also provides a powerful benchmarking dashboard for an organization. The data from player behavior is transformed into a gold mine of insight by a series of automated player reports. At their fingertips, executives will have the ability to clearly detect and troubleshoot employees’ forecasting, decision-making and portfolio management skills.  This fresh insight will bring greater accountability to talent management across the industry.

BankersLab will unveil the new product in London at Finovate on February 9th.
