Tarsin Mobile Inc. Announces New Mobile Payable Solution

Tarsin Mobile Inc. Announces New Mobile Payable Solution

Tommy Stephenson, CEO of TARSIN MOBILE INC., (OTC "TMIX") is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary "Circle Plus Mobile Payable," mobile engineered by Tarsin Mobile Inc., and with the support of Circle Plus Payments, Inc., team will deliver a unique global payment solution on mobile devices.

Nitish Kannan, CEO and Founder of Circle Plus Payable says:

"It is exciting to be the first public entity of the new generation of mobile payment solutions. The Payable App is live in 22 countries. We are the first integrated mobile application to accept debit cards, credit cards, bitcoin, as well as Apple Pay and Android pay for point of sale and via invoicing."

Kannan identified that accepting credit cards and bitcoins in a simple and inexpensive manner is one of the biggest problems that faces millions of individuals and merchants in global business. The solution to this problem is a system that allows acceptance of such payments from anyone in the world seamlessly through a simple mobile device.

Payable is the first app where any merchant with a smartphone can provide complete financial transactions with options for POS (Point of sale), remote sale using invoice option, QR (Quick Response) code, and Apple Pay without any external hardware. On top of that, anyone can accept bitcoin in his or her local currency without any conversion loss or having to hold bitcoin. John Osborne, one of the leading professionals in mobile infrastructure, payment processing and publishing, commented:

"The union of Circle Plus's payment solutions in mobile payments with our Company's leadership in building regulatory compliant, secure, end to end and agnostic mobile publishing platforms has created an offering for retailers that will transform the mobile payment industry. The ability to support mobile secure merchant processing with no additional hardware will be key to the rapid adoption of Circle Plus as the leading global payment partner."

Additionally, in order for most merchants to accept credit cards or bitcoin today, they are required to enter into lengthy merchant accounts and purchase expensive  "EMV" (Europay, Mastercard and Visa) terminals in order to comply with chip and pin regulations. This often requires that the merchants sign into lengthy and expensive long-term contracts. In contrast, Payable gives merchants a solution without any secondary expenses or contracts.

Circle Plus Payable, mobile engineered by Tarsin Mobile, has an instant sign up that allows any individual or merchant with a bank account to start accepting payments immediately upon download and registration.  Activation is as simple as sending an invoice and getting paid from a customer or scanning a credit or debit card to accept payment.

With the new generation Payable App, merchants no longer have to purchase new external readers or hardware to accept payments or send invoices. There are an estimated 1.24 billion payment cards and 15.4 million POS terminals currently in use, most of them in other countries. Merchants around the world must support transactions using the new EMV-compliant credit and debit cards with smart chips embedded. However, unlike competitors like Square and others, users of the Payable app are not required to purchase expensive EMV terminals to comply with the EMV mandate that went into effect earlier this month.

The Payable App is based on the Stripe Connect platform, and is supported by the focus on security and regulatory compliance of Tarsin Mobile that features Geo Fencing, Geo Verification, Geo Security and Geo Locating.

According to Tommy Stephenson, founder of Heated Details and CEO of Tarsin Mobile:

"Tarsin Mobile's commitment to always be innovating in the mobile space has never been stronger, and by adding Circle Plus Mobile Payable to our suite of products rapidly enhances our capabilities of delivering safe and dependable lifestyle products to the market. This is a major step in our 2016 roadmap of building an entirely new breed of mobile solutions for consumers and businesses."
