It's been a while since we've heard about the pending Silk Road case, in which Ross Ulbricht (a.k.a. Dread Pirate Roberts) is accused to be the founder of the now-closed dark web illicit marcketplace (though another was formed in its place). Ross Ulbricht will no longer be standing trial on November 10th, 2014 for his alleged part in the Silk Road underground marketplace. Instead, Wired Reporter Andy Greenberg has reported that the trial has been delayed by two months, to January 2015.
