Dutch-based Bitcoin exchange CleverCoin has recently introduced a new feature to its platform, whereby users can now make a 10% down payment when buying Bitcoin. Dutch Bitcoin exhange leveraged trading this week, making it the first European exchange to offer this trading option. Leveraged trading, which is offered on CleverCoin as “Boost spot contracts”, enables traders to gain on the Bitcoin price going up or down with a multiplier. It essentially allows users to buy or sell more bitcoins than what they can afford with the funds in their wallet. San Francisco-based digital currency exchange Kraken is making yet another acquisition, scooping up Dutch exchange CleverCoin. The deal is Kraken’s second acquisition of 2016, coming just over five months after it purchased New York-based Coinsetter, which had acquired Canadian bitcoin exchange CAVirtex the year before.
