About StrategaBiz Inc and CryptoCorum Limited

StrategaBiz (www.strategabiz.com) is a US smaller reporting public company that has most recently focused on finding and vetting opportunities that will preserve and increase its present value. StrategaBiz recently announced its entering into a Share and Exchange Agreement with the sole shareholder of CryptoCorum, Limited to purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares of CryptoCorum Limited. The share exchange is expected to close in June 2015.

CryptoCorum is the owner of LXCCoin Ltd. LXCCoin Ltd. has introduced the LXCCoin crypto currency (www.lxccoin.com). Unlike other crypto currency providers, LXCCoin digitizes existing funds instead rather than simply creating empty digital currency units. Every circulated LXCCoin has an asset value and a yield mechanism behind it. All cash going into the LXCCoin base asset value is being used for person to person (P2P) lending, which enables the currency to earn interest and increase in value. The LXCCoin can be traded on the proprietary Swypto Exchange (www.swypto.exchange) owned by CryptoCorum, which is built on the software formerly powering the CoinNext crypto coin exchange. CryptoCorum anticipates that the LXCCoin will at some point also be listed on other crypto currency exchanges, facilitating third-party trading.
