AvaTrade Brings Bitcoins Trading Services for Traders Reports ForexMinute
AvaTrade which offers Forex and CFD, has now announced that it is offering Bitcoin trading services. According to a source from ForexMinute, AvaTrade which has been able to carve a niche for its currency pairs and CFD till now is willing to venture out in the trade of digital currency which it will make available as CFD.
According to ForexMinute AvaTrade has thus become the second forex broker to be offering continuous Bitcoin on its electronic trading platform; the only other brokerage firm is Plus500 which has been offering this for a year now. Nonetheless, while binary options brokers have been quicker to take Bitcoin, FX and CFD brokers have been slower to launch it.
According to a source from AvaTrade, “Bitcoin will be offered on both its AvaTrader and MetaTrader 4 platforms, and it will be available for both short and long trades where it will offer up to 5:1 leverage for trading the digital currency.”
In its announcement AvaTrade also clears that the launch is being supported via technology from trading systems integrator Gold-i. According to the source from AvaTrade for Gold-I, the partnership marks their first involvement with integrating pricing of Bitcoins.
The source from AvaTrade further says that the brokerage firm has added Bitcoin to MT4/MT5 and plans to add it to the Gold-i portfolio to sell it to others. He also said that he believes that there will be an increasing demand for brokers to follow AvaTrade.
