Newnote Financial Corp. to Submit Application for Quotation on OTCQB

Newnote Financial Corp. (the “Company”) (CSE: NEU; FSE: 1W4) is pleased to announce that the company has begun the process to submit an application in order to be quoted on the US OTCQB marketplace. The quotation on the US OTCQB marketplace will be subject to approval of a Form 15c2-11 and an effective United States Registration Statement, and other requirements.

Newnote is the first publicly traded Bitcoin company in Canada, and one of the first North American Bitcoin firms to be traded on a stock exchange. It is also traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
