UBITQUITY, a company dedicated to assisting businesses within the growing digital currency markets (and the parent company of the iNation platform), is pleased to announce that Ragnar A. Lifthrasir has been appointed the position of Director of Real Estate.

At present Mr. Lifthrasir is also serving as President of the International Bitcoin Real Estate Association and Meson.RE, a company that helps Mainland Chinese send and receive real estate transactions in Canada and the United States using Bitcoin - an innovative payment protocol and a new kind of money. Ragnar is a well-known entrepreneur, thought leader, and public speaker in real estate fin-tech in California.

Ragnar holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Columbia University - Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, a Real Estate License from California Department of Real Estate, and a General Building Contractor certification from California Contractors State License Board.

On August 31st UBITQUITY Deeds was made available as a scalable business-to-business MVP (Minimal Viable Product) for a broad range of private SMB and enterprise clients within the real estate industry, with the added benefit of transparency and a distributed platform with a beta being released on November 11, 2015. The UBITQUITY Deeds platform brings the blockchain into the real world and helps to prevent fraudulent conveyance on property while allowing for an improvement on the settling of claims, and the tracking the record of ownership across the entire real estate industry.
