Quadriga Announces Extension of Warrant Expiry Date

Quadriga FinTech Solutions Corp. (the “Company”) announces that it has extended the terms of 4,213,250 common share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”), priced at $0.30.

The warrants were issued as part of non-brokered private placements of units of the Company completed on various dates up to and including February 5, 2015 and expire at various dates up to and including February 11, 2016.

The Company has extended the terms of the Warrants to June 1, 2016.
