If you live in the Los Angeles area, you may have noticed a few billboard advertisements with a bitcoin symbol, QR code, and statement that reads "Let's make this an international news story" and "Help make the bitcoin grow." There were a few theories as to why they were put, and who put them up, but it looks like now we're getting some more details.
