Donations flooded in when its founder, Jason King, asked for bitcoin contributions back in March. As 2013 drew to a close, he announced: "We served 30,000 meals in 2013 and we were able to make a downpayment and pay off the first year's mortgage for Satoshi's Forest, our nine-acre homeless sanctuary.
