In the first months since the announcement, the team only allowed season ticket holders to use Bitcoin for purchases at the arena, but last week the team announced their partnership with BitDazzle to launch KingsBitcoin.com. The Sacramento Kings NBA franchise has officially announced plans to accept bitcoin for products including tickets, jerseys, hot dogs and beer, beginning 1st March. The NBA-affiliate Santa Cruz Warriors have partnered with PayStand to accept electronic transactions-including bitcoin payments-at the team's home stadium. The Santa Cruz Warriors-the Developmental League affiliate for the NBA's Golden State Warriors-have signed a partnership with electronic payment processor PayStand to facilitate bitcoin payments (and other electronic transactions) for online ticket purchases.
