The Bitcoin Foundation today announced the second annual Bitcoin 2014 event taking place in Amsterdam. The event will take place between May 15-17 at the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam. What's going on at the event? According to the Bitcoin Foundation, "It's where investors, technologists, regulators, executives, entrepreneurs, developers, and policymakers gather to collectively shape the future of cryptographic money worldwide." Bitcoin Foundation - Bitcoin 2014 Event in Amsterdam

The Bitcoin Foundation announced Tuesday the Bitcoin 2014 Event to be held at the Amsterdam Passenger Terminal in Amsterdam, Netherlands on May 15 - 17. While the announcement only gave a brief outline of the event, the theme, Building the Digital Economy, will feature speakers and panelists such as Jim Harper of the Cato Institute, Fred Ehrsam of Coinbase, and Stephan Pair of BitPay, among plenty others. The Bitcoin Foundation today announced that the schedule for the highly-anticipated Bitcoin 2014 conference in Amsterdam is now available for viewing the event's official site. The event, which takes from from May 15th through the 17th will feature Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne as the keynote speaker (he will be speaking on Friday the 16th at 9AM local time).
