Facebook Security Manager Ryan McGeehan to Join Coinbase Team

Popular bitcoin brokerage service and web wallet provider Coinbase is managing to snag some Silicon Valley talent. Start-ups and technology blog TechCrunch published a report Wednesday evening that indicates that Facebook's Director of Security Incident Response, Ryan McGeehan, is taking a job at San Francisco-based Coinbase in a security-based role. Ryan McGeehan's Announcement. McGeehan's announcement came via his Facebook page (what else?), in which he noted that his last day with Facebook will be in early April - at which point he'll be leaving for Coinbase.
