Tel Aviv-based venture capital fund Aleph has announced the first of a series of $50,000 bounties aimed at spurring activity among developers and entrepreneurs in Israel's bitcoin space. The fund is calling for the development of a bitcoin block chain-ready system that reduces transaction costs for an 'appcoin' to be used in conjunction with Aleph's entrepreneur-focused social platform project, Karma.
