A new cryptocurrency conference is set to take place this autumn in the Principality of Andorra, a 'microstate' that lies in the eastern Pyrenees mountains between France and Spain. Although the population of Andorra is under 90,000, organiser Alex Puig says the location is suited to a high-level summit as "banking and financials are at the heart of [this] small but rich country".
