Hive's Bitcoin and Litecoin Wallet Launches for iOS Devices
Hive has launched a bitcoin and litecoin wallet app for iOS devices, including the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. Called Hive Wallet, the app is free, takes up just 2MB of users' precious memory and requires iOS 7.0 or later to run properly. The company says the app is optimised for the iPhone 5, which will also apply to the subsequent 5S and 5C models. Hive, a startup specializing in cryptocurrency wallets, recently released Hive Web, a browser-based wallet that can be used on any device that supports HTML5, a feature now common on most smartphone devices.
