Since its conception in 2011, creator Charlie Lee - also known as 'Satoshi Lite' - has become a prominent figure in the crypto space. Besides creating a cryptocurrency with a market cap of $63.79m, Lee also leads the engineering team at Coinbase, the firm that recently raised $75m from a number of high-profile investors, including Spanish megabank BBVA and the NYSE. Day Two of the North American Bitcoin Conference in Miami was packed full of speakers and panels. The two halls at the Miami Beach Convention Center kept attendees on the move. Ripple and Youtube had ended a legal battle initiated in April last year amid allegations related to crypto-related scams. The U.S. blockchain company sued the video platform for negligence in acting against crypto scams that impersonated Ripple.
