Virtual currency firm HashingSpace Corporation has announced that it has filed its Registration of Money Service Business (RMSB) form with the U. S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). FinCen has issued two basic administrative rulings over digital currencies. FinCEN has released two new Virtual Currency Guidance notes today. Mt. Gox, the world's largest bitcoin exchange, has taken a step towards complying with US money-laundering regulations by registering as a money services business with the US Treasury Department.
