KnCMiner is certainly trying to do their best to please their customers. The company has emailed customers some information regarding current products and plans moving forward. For starters, KnCMiner has announced they are ending sales of their Jupiter miners. "We had intended to offer Jupiter following the end of our Network Protection phase, however things move fast in the Bitcoin world and we have decided to end all future sales of Jupiter," the company wrote.
