Poloniex Goes out for a While, Comes Back up Again

Poloniex went down earlier today following an outage only to be back in few hours, leading to few anxious hours for its users. Poloniex, one of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges reported a technical outage earlier today. Following the incident, the company posted a notice on twitter. According to sources, the outage was a temporary issue which left people unable to access the digital currency exchange for some time. In its announcement, Poloniex has clarified that the company’s cryptocurrency holdings were in no way affected by this outage, probably implying that it was not a hacking....

Poloniex to Ban New Hampshire Residents

In a shock announcement, cryptocurrency exchange Poloniex announced it will suspend service to New Hampshire residents from October 6. New Hampshire Residents Must Withdraw Funds. Poloniex Claims All Customers Repaid Following March Bitcoin Hack

US digital currency exchange Poloniex has released a new update on the customer repayment plan it implemented following the loss of 12.3% of its total bitcoins in a March attack.
