BitFury to Expand Footprint in China Following $30 Million Deal

A new two-part deal valued at $30m will see BitFury expand its footprint in China. The full-service blockchain technology company has announced a deal with Credit China Fintech, a firm that provides consumer-facing financial products, according to FT. China Merchants Bank has become the latest Asia-based bank to join the R3 blockchain consortium. The commercial bank, founded in the late 1980s, is the second financial firm in China to join the initiative.
