Here's a look at what we are focusing on in the bitcoin price this evening. Ok, the end of another week is here, and it’s been a great one for us intraday traders. Price hasn’t stayed still for long, and when it has, it’s generally been on the back of some solid momentum runs, so we expect consolidation here and there. We’ve got the remainder of the US session left to pull out some final cash from the markets, and with any luck, we’ll be able to set up against action and do just that. We’re coming off the back of a strong week, however, so if nothing presents itself as tradeable, we’re not....

Here's a look at what we are focusing on in the bitcoin price this morning. Right then. Friday morning, a day left of the business week, and what a week we’ve had in the bitcoin price. There’s been so much volatility that the action has eclipsed that which we saw last week (and comparatively, last week was a lot more volatile than the week before) and we’ve had numerous opportunities to get in and out of the markets according to the rules of our intraday strategy. Just as we did last night, let’s kick things off with a chart. The chart below shows action in the bitcoin price across the last 48 hours or so, and has the levels that we outlined last night being the ones to watch still overlaid. As you can see from the chart, having picked up strength throughout the majority of the week so far, bitcoin looks as though it is going to be heading to the close of the week down on its opening. Overnight saw a considerable and sustained sell off, and price carved out fresh weekly lows at just ahead of 436. Action over the last couple of hours has corrected....
