Bitcoin Price Watch; Early Morning Europe

Here's a look at what we are focusing on in the bitcoin price this morning. Overnight action in the bitcoin price was a little strange. Before the European session shutdown for the evening last night, we published the second of our twice-daily bitcoin price watch pieces, and in the piece, we highlighted what we thought was a relatively tight range as being one to watch from a breakout perspective. Because the range was so tight, we decided not to go at price with an intrarange approach, and – early evening – this seemed to be a solid strategy. We didn’t manage to get into any trades, but....

Here's a look at what we are focusing on in the bitcoin price this morning. It is Tuesday morning, and time to try and figure out how we can draw a profit from the bitcoin price today. Things so far this week have been pretty flat, and those who yesterday’s coverage will be aware that we didn’t manage to get in or out of the markets on too my occasions because of said flat action. Overnight, however, we got a little bit more momentum, and finally saw a breakout early morning out of Europe. Price ran through our predefined resistance to the upside, and subsequently reached early morning....

Here's a look at what we are focusing on in the bitcoin price this morning. OK, overnight action was a little strange last night. We saw price break through the level we had predefined as being one to watch in the early evening session, and managed to get in and out of the markets according to our intraday strategy as a result. However shortly after our trade closed out, the bitcoin price took a dive, and gapped down to fresh weekly lows somewhere in the region of 1010, or just a little lower. Just as price started to look as though it was set for a retest of the 1000 flat level, the spike....

In last night’s analysis, we focused on the momentum seen in the bitcoin price throughout the day, and – in turn – the potential for price reaching (and with any luck) breaking through the 1000 level. It was early morning that we first noted it, but then as price matured throughout the day, it became a focus level. Overnight last night, price did eventually break through, and we now trade ahead of this level heading into the morning session out of Europe. Here is what we are looking to trade in the bitcoin price for this morning's session out of Europe It’s time to put together the first of our twice daily bitcoin price watch pieces, and in what looks to be a stark contrast to the action we saw over the last week or so, things have been pretty flat overnight. Price reached highs of a little over $725 across the major exchanges early this week (as most reading will already be aware) but has since corrected to where it currently trades, circa 670-680, and looks as though it might maintain this level for a sustained period going forward.....
