Fortress Investment Group purchased $20m worth of bitcoins last year, according to a recent filing with the SEC. Investment firms Fortress Investment Group (FIG), Benchmark Capital and Ribbit Capital have teamed up with Pantera Capital to launch a bitcoin investment fund.
