Following Bitmain’s product introduction of two new application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) bitcoin mining rigs, the mining devices manufacturer Microbt has announced the launch of two new miners as well. Revealed during the Bitcoin 22 conference in Miami, Microbt showcased the company’s new Whatsminer M50 series, which offers hashrate speeds of up to 126 terahash per second (TH/s).

During Bitcoin 2022, Bitcoin mining rig manufacturer MicroBT shared details on its forthcoming M50 series of Whatsminer machines.
On Friday, China-based bitcoin mining rig manufacturer Microbt announced plans to create an offshore facility that produces the company’s Whatsminer devices and parts for North America. The firm revealed the expansion news when it announced a recent partnership with the New York-based Foundry Digital LLC. Microbt’s Whatsminer mining rigs have become popular during the last few years and the company has been able to obtain a large portion of mining device sales.
