The attacker targeted the protocol’s liquidity pools, performing an arbitrage attack using a large flash loan – a type of uncollatarized loan – but later returned $2.5 million. The Crema Finance team awarded the hacker who made off with nearly $10 million in funds from the protocol 16.7% of the stolen funds as a white hat bounty. A hacker targeting Roger Ver has given up his attempts to access the angel investor's accounts after a 37.6 BTC bounty was issued for his arrest. In a Facebook post earlier this morning, Ver said he was seeking information about the hacker "who is trying to steal all my stuff at the moment". The bounty is currently worth around $20,000.
