XRP is back at a level traders remember all too well. The cryptocurrency suffered a sharp flash crash on October 10 that sent the price crashing down from $2.82 to $1.58 before an equally fast rebound toward $2.36. Months later, that same zone is back in play, but this time without the volatility spike or immediate recovery that characterized the earlier move. At the time of writing, XRP is trading around $1.44, down 10.4% over the past 24 hours. Prices of the world’s leading crypto asset were mostly in the red during September, trading below $20,000 for the majority of the month.
