Singapore, where Terra co-founder Do Kwon is currently staying, does not have an extradition treaty with South Korea. According to local news outlet gynews.kr, the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office's Joint Financial Securities Crime Investigation Team says it will be contacting the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs to nullify the passports of Terra Luna co-founder Do Kwon and five other project developers. The global law enforcement agency the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol), issued a notice for Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon just a few weeks after a warrant for his arrest was issued by South Korean authorities. The red notice enables South Korea to receive help from global law enforcement bodies in locating and “provisionally arrest[ing] a person pending extradition, surrender, or similar legal action.”
