Just recently, Sweden-based KnCMiner put up their brank-spanking-new miner - dubbed 'Neptune' - up for pre-order (with eventual release slated for early 2014). Today, the sales figures are out, and they're absolutely mind-blowing. Company spokesman Alex Lawn says KnC managed to sell $8 million worth of Neptune bitcoin miners in 24 hours alone. The Neptune sports 3 TH/s of hashing speed and carries a price tag of $9,995.
