It would appear as if financial services company OKPay is imposing restrictions on users who may wish to buy bitcoin using GBP transfers. A screenshot account fund page was submitted to social sharing website Reddit Thursday showing a checkbox with the text "I hereby confirm that will not use the funds for purchasing or exchanging crypto-currencies.
