According to a recent report, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has allegedly started probing the startup that operates the decentralized exchange (dex) Uniswap. The U. S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York filed charges against two men from Florida for allegedly operating an unlicensed bitcoin exchange.
