Google and Intel have concluded 37 and 16 deals respectively since 2010 and are the most active corporate investors in the fintech space, according to new findings from CB Insights. In 2014, US$1.4 billion was injected into the fintech (financial technology services) space, highlighting investors' growing appetite for the industry. This number is expected to double in 2015, says CB Insights, a service that tracks venture capital activities.
