CoinOutlet Teams Up With BitGive Foundation for Charity Partnership

CoinOutlet, the rapidly expanding Bitcoin ATM manufacturer and operator has announced a partnership with BitGive, the first Bitcoin nonprofit charitable organization, in a mission to donate globally to those in need.

Through this partnership between CoinOutlet and BitGive, customers can now donate directly to BitGive using a CoinOutlet Bitcoin ATM. Customers will have the option to learn more about BitGive's activities and make a donation. In this way, CoinOutlet will help BitGive fulfill its mission to parlay the power of the Bitcoin community to improve public health and the environment worldwide.

Connie Gallippi, founder and executive director of BitGive, started the organization in 2013 to take an early role in Bitcoin philanthropy. BitGive currently supports Medic Mobile, and has completed campaigns for Save the Children, and TECHO. Most recently, BitGive rallied the Bitcoin community to raise over $11,000 for The Water Project, and subsequently installed a fresh water well at the Shisango Girls School in western Kenya.

BitGive is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, which enables companies and individuals to make a tax-deductible donation. "I am excited to partner with CoinOutlet to further the social impact of Bitcoin. It's a great example of strengthening our community and how together we can make a real difference with innovative technology!"

"I am proud to be a part of BitGive's charitable initiative," said Eric Grill, CEO of CoinOutlet. "I started this company because I saw the potential that Bitcoin could have on the lives of millions of people, and BitGive's important work is a direct application of that vision."
