createTank to Accept Bitcoin

Software firm createTank has announced that it will now accept Bitcoin as payment for software and IT contract services.

"Adding Bitcoin to our acceptable forms of payment will offer increased convenience for our high-tech and small business customers," explained createTank CxIO John Roets. "Customers that choose to pay in Bitcoin will see elimination of bank transfer fees with nearly free and immediate transfers from anywhere in the world. Their payments can also be made more secure and independently verifiable."

Bitcoin (BTC) uses cryptography and peer to peer technology to create a decentralized digital currency. Not tied to any national economy, the currency possesses a neutral and open source value. All transactions are publicly verifiable, yet with controlled anonymity.

"createTank and its partners have been researching and using Bitcoin since 2011, and the more we've learned, the more we see huge potential in its use," said Roets.

createTank offers world class software and IT services to research, design, and implement solutions to meet our customers' mission goals. We have a proven track record saving our customers millions of dollars with our unique and forward looking approach to software services.
