Causora, the loyalty program for charitable giving, announced its strategic alliance with Mindpix (OTC: MPIX) a technology-driven media company. Causora will provide custom integration of the MyCausora fundraising solution for Mindpix’ online global PPV and VOD events.

Causora, the loyalty program for charitable giving, announced its broad strategic alliance with Mindpix Corporation (OTC: MPIX; "Mindpix" or the "Company"), a technology driven media services and entertainment company focused on owning, creating and/or managing multi-platform music, entertainment, sports and US Hispanic properties, covering global PPV and VOD events. Causora will provide custom integration of the MyCausora fundraising solution.

The purpose of the partnership is to bring a robust nonprofit fundraising technology tool to Mindpix’s streaming platform for Live and VOD events on-line, and across smartphones and tablets, as well as boost charitable donations made using Causora’s funding solution. Once integrated, users will be able to enjoy the Live and VOD events and support their favorite artist’s cause and foundation at the same time. For every donation and action taken, Mindpix’ users will receive an equal amount in Causora credits that they can redeem with over 150+ socially conscious merchants.

Today, in the United States $300 billion is donated annually to approximately 1.5 million charities, with approximately $220 billion coming from individuals. With this new partnership, Mindpix and Causora, together, can help causes raise more funds by rewarding donors.

In the initial phase of the multi-pronged alliance, Mindpix will implement the Causora fundraising solution, MyCausora, into its Streaming Platform for Fundraising and Donation management. Causora allows fans to support their favorite cause and get rewarded for it. Mindpix will be leveraging the MyCausora fundraising tool using Stripe for transaction processing and clearing.

Other terms of the partnership include the agreement to co-develop and roll-out a custom payment gateway next to incorporating payment gateways such as VeriSign, Pay Wall for transaction processing and clearing as well as accepting mobile payments, BitCoins and Facebook credits on the MindPix platform; in addition to collaborating on new technologies to further develop each company’s respective platform and drive adoption of charity giving for live and VOD events.

Kai Buehler, Founder and CEO of Causora, commented, “Causora is proud to partner with Mindpix and to offer their users the opportunity to support their favorite artists’ causes, while being rewarded with thank you gifts from over 150+ socially conscious merchants. We look forward to working with them and bringing our new fundraising solution ‘MyCausora’ to their multi-platform music, entertainment, sports and US Hispanic properties.”

“I’m very excited about this new partnership with Causora,” stated, Victor Siegel, President and CEO of Mindpix. “I’ve worked with Kai for many years now and love what he and his world class team are building. More and more artists today have their own foundations or affiliations to better connect with the community and their fans. Adding Causora’s gifting technology to our platform and being able to offer these capabilities to our partners across the globe will truly differentiate us from the rest.”

He continued, “I’m looking forward to rolling out this new feature in Q4 2013 and subsequent products in 2014. This is the first in a series of key steps we are working on to build out our technology platform and provide a best–in-breed live and VOD solution for our partners.”
