KPI Announces Launch of World's First FinTech Academy

Knowledge Practices International (KPI), the leading Digital Transformation consultancy, announced today the launch of the world's first FinTech Academy.

Financial Technologies, also known as FinTech, is the emerging domain of innovative application of information and communication technologies to the financial services sector. The FinTech trend has taken the world by storm. In 2015 alone, investments in FinTech start-ups exceeded $19.1 billion. FinTech is quickly and deeply disrupting all corners of the industry, from banking to investments, and from insurance to lending. This fast and fundamental transformation brings many challenges and opportunities, but underdeveloped foundational and practical understanding of FinTech remain significant barriers to successful adoption of FinTech by established and new companies alike.

"Today, KPI addresses these barriers by launching KPI FinTech Academy, the first integrated educational program to help executives, managers, analysts and consultants in the financial services industry to develop the requisite knowledge and expertise they need to successfully navigate their organizations through the rising tide of FinTech disruption" said Dr. Cesar Louis, Director of KPI's FinTech Practice.

KPI's FinTech Academy consists of a set of carefully designed and meticulously developed courses created by distinguished industry experts. These courses cut through the clutter of confusing technical jargon and provides actionable insights that can be put to practice right away. The Academy covers the wide spectrum of FinTech topics, including FinTech regulation, infrastructure and technology, data and analytics, mobile payments, crypto-currencies, and block chains.

KPI will be conducting several deliveries of KPI FinTech Academy in North America, Europe and the Middle East in 2016.
