Entrepeneur and mega rich Sir Richard Branson announced earlier this morning that he will accepts Bitcoins as payment for his commercial space flights.

The flights are a product of Virgin Galactic, and they have already accepted their first transaction in Bitcoin by a woman in Hawaii.

The woman, like Branson, was an early investor in Bitcoin.

The woman payed in Bitcoins, which were then changed into dollars. In cash, the going rate for the space flights is $250,000.
